Crisp pricing: what you'll actually pay
Last updated July 3, 2026
Crisp prices around seats and tier-gated features rather than usage. The free plan caps at 2 seats. Each paid tier unlocks specific capabilities, omnichannel support, workflows, AI, and a bigger seat allotment together, so upgrading isn’t just “more of the same,” it’s a step change in what the product does.
That structure works well if you’re actually using the omnichannel features. It’s a different story if you only want a chat widget: you’d be paying tier-gated pricing designed for a much broader product to access one channel.

Hidden costs
Once you're past a tier's included seat count, extra agents cost $10/mo each on top of the plan price. A Mini plan (4 seats included) with 6 agents runs $65/mo, not $45/mo.
Free and Mini plans don't include the omnichannel inbox at all, so Telegram support only shows up starting at $95/mo, not on the cheaper tiers where you'd expect a messaging integration to live.
Each tier includes a fixed AI credit allowance ("$5" on Mini, "$25" on Essentials, "$75" on Plus, roughly 90 to 1,350 AI-handled conversations). Going over means buying more credits on top of the plan.
What you'd actually pay
| Scenario | Crisp | Bubblegram |
|---|---|---|
| 1 site, 3-person team, chat only | $45/mo | $10/mo |
| 1 site, 3-person team, needs Telegram in the inbox | $95/mo | $10/mo |
| 1 site, 12-person team, full omnichannel | $295/mo + $20/mo (2 extra seats) | $10/mo |

When Crisp's pricing makes sense
Crisp's pricing makes sense if you genuinely run support across multiple channels, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and chat, and want them unified with a shared inbox, workflows, and a CRM. At that point $95 to $295/mo buys real, connected functionality.
When it doesn't
It stops making sense if you only use the live chat widget. You're paying seat-based, tier-gated pricing for an omnichannel platform to get access to a single channel, and the free tier caps at 2 seats with no path to add Telegram without jumping to Essentials.
Common questions
Does Crisp have a usable free plan?
For a founder handling low chat volume, yes. It's capped at 2 seats with no workflows, AI, or Telegram integration. Any team of three or more outgrows it immediately.
Why does adding one seat sometimes mean a much bigger bill?
Crisp sells seats in tier blocks, not individually within your current plan once you exceed the block, you're either paying $10/mo per extra seat or jumping to the next tier entirely, which can mean going from $45/mo to $95/mo for a handful of extra people.
Can I get Telegram support without paying $95/mo?
No. Telegram is part of the omnichannel inbox, which is gated to the Essentials tier and above. Free and Mini don't include it at all.
How does Crisp's pricing compare to Bubblegram's?
Bubblegram Pro is $10/mo flat for up to 10 sites, with no seat limits or per-agent fees. Crisp's cheapest paid tier alone is 4.5x that, and doesn't include Telegram until Essentials at $95/mo.
Are AI credits included in the base price?
A small allowance is included per tier (roughly 90 conversations on Mini, 1,350 on Plus), but going over means purchasing additional credits separately from the plan fee.
