What happens when the AI credits run out?
The AI stops replying and every chat reaches you as usual. You get one notice in Telegram and the inbox.
What happens after 100 conversations?
New visitors see your away message until the 1st of next month, and you get one notice by email and Telegram. Starter has unlimited conversations for $9/mo.
Do I need Telegram?
No. Reply from the inbox in your browser. Telegram is optional for replying from your phone.
Do my customers need a Telegram account?
No. They chat in the widget on your site, like any live chat.
Can my team reply on the free plan?
Yes. There is no seat limit. Anyone in your Telegram group can reply.
